If you prefer, we can contact you via phone or we can schedule a virtual meeting with you. A final agreement will be sent to you via email for acceptance.

Our products are made to order. To get a personal quote, please let us know how many people will be at your event, if you prefer boxes, platters or a Food Art Table and if you have dietary requirements. We will get back to you with our full options.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”How far in advance do I need to place my order?”]For Platters and Boxes – a minimum of 48 hours is required for each order, the earlier the better. Food Art Tables and Brunch need to be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance of the date. For food art tables we require a 50% deposit with full payment due 72 hours before delivery.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”What is included with my order?”]After we have discussed any customizations and size, your Incantable order will come with a mixture of the following: 

  • Cheese Selections
  • Italian Deli meat Selection
  • Seasonal Fruits and Crudite
  • Crackers / Bread
  • Nuts and Dried fruit
  • Selection of antipasti & Dip 

Please be aware anyway that all platters, boxes and tables are subject to availability and what is in season. It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements. 

All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated or within 4 hours of delivery if refrigerated, after which Incantable will not be accountable for the freshness of the food. Not valid for boards when they’re part of a Food Table inventory.
Anyway, we will communicate to you if return is necessary and we’ll get back to take it until 48h after your event.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”Will you build a platter on one of my own boards?”]Yes, we ask for the platter 3 days in advance – pricing based off of your board size.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”How do I pay?”]For orders over 150 BGN a 50% deposit is required – an invoice will be sent online deposit due day of booking​. For all other orders we accept cash on the delivery day.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”What is your cancellation policy?”]Orders up to 150 BGN can be canceled until 72 hours (3 days) before the delivery date. Any cancellations made after 72 hours notice are nonrefundable.

Deposits are nonrefundable for orders over 150 BGN, however, we do allow date changes if notified 1 week or more in advance. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”How does it work?”]A suitable table must be provided at the venue. The Food Art table is good to be set indoors in an air conditioned space, away from direct sunlight. In the hot days, Incantable advise against setting up a table outdoors.
Please allow between 2 – 4 hours for us to set up, depending on the size and requirements of your table. Should a take down service be required, please allow approximately 1 hour to tidy, clean and clear.
Our food table is self-service only. If you require staff during your event to help top up or keep the table tidy, please let us know and we will quote accordingly.
Incantable does not supply plates, cutlery or napkins. Disposable wooden cutlery and paper napkins can be supplied at an additional cost.
For venue set ups with inventory, an inventory form must be signed by the client when we have completed delivery and setup on completion of the job. Any items lost or damaged for reasons not attributable to Incantable or its staff after the inventory form has been signed, items post-event will incur a charge at retail value. All boards, serving equipment and props are for hire only and must be returned within 48 hours.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”How small is too small or how big is too big for your food experience tables?”]A party with fewer than 30 guests can not be accommodated with our Food Art Tables. If your event is for less than 30 guests, you should choose between our variety of platters and we can discuss a multi-platter set-up. We’d be happy to help you plan out a stunning arrangement of several displays to create a gorgeous and full look. The sky’s the limit with how many guests can be accommodated beyond a headcount of 30. No party size is too big.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”Will there be sandwiches on the Food Art Table?”]The plenty of food which you’ll get is deconstructed, this is our bohemian concept for beautifully arranged food on a surface of your choice. All of the necessary ingredients will be there for guests to arrange exactly what they’d like to serve themselves. From meats to cheeses, and spreads to breads, everything is provided to create your own gourmet sandwich and canapè.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”Will it be too much food?”]No, for the same reason of it being deconstructed, in a sense, it lends itself to be taken as easy to-go servings for guests with any leftovers. You will need to provide your own containers for leftovers or to-go servings. If you request them before the event, we can provide them too for an additional fee.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_content_width=”grid”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”Do you include desserts on the Platters / Boxes / Tables?”]Only light bites, small macaroons or mini brownies. We can provide more if you request desserts for an additional cost or you can order our Dessert Platter full with deliciousness.[/vc_toggle][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_toggle title=”Do you also include beverages?”]You will need to provide your own beverages of choice and cups. You are responsible for taking any food you want to keep prior to our return. All food will be discarded on the table. We only clean up the surface space used on the table. We do not do a detailed clean up of the entire area or event.
